FAQ
Augmented reality won’t start
Make sure camera access is allowed in Settings › [app name] › Camera. Stand in a well-lit room facing a flat, textured surface and move the iPhone slowly.
The 3D model is slow
Close other apps, turn off Low Power Mode and let the iPhone cool down if it is warm.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The 3D models are bundled with the app, which works offline.
Is my project request sent?
The button drafts an email in your mail app. It is sent only when you tap Send. If no mail account is set up, email us directly.
How do I change the language?
LP3D Studio, LP3D Medical and Salon LP3D Medical are available in languages including French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Japanese, Chinese and Arabic. LP3D Aerospace and Salon LP3D Aerospace are available in languages including French, English, Italian, Spanish, German and Japanese. The language is chosen in the app and kept on the device.
How do I delete my data?
The apps send no data to LP3D Studio. Deleting the app removes the preferences stored on the iPhone. See the privacy policy.
