The apps
This policy covers the LP3D Studio, LP3D Medical and LP3D Aerospace apps, and the Salon LP3D Medical and Salon LP3D Aerospace showrooms.
Data processed by LP3D Studio
The apps create no account and send no data to our servers. The 3D models and texts are marketing mock-ups bundled with the app. They contain no patient data and no classified information. For aeronautics and space, the documentation shown has been approved by the client beforehand.
Data processed by Apple
Downloads, updates and, if you enabled it in iPhone settings, analytics and crash reports are processed by Apple under its privacy policy. Apple may share aggregated statistics with us that do not identify you.
Camera
The augmented reality preview asks for camera access. The image is processed live on the iPhone to place the 3D model; the app neither stores it nor sends it to us. You can revoke access in Settings.
Preferences
Language and your latest settings are kept on the device and are deleted with the app.
Project or meeting requests
The button drafts an email in your mail app. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.
The website
Audience measurement
We measure site traffic using statistics provided by our host, Infomaniak. They are based on server logs and use no cookies or trackers. We also monitor search indexing with Google Search Console, which places nothing on your device.
Technical logs
Our host, Infomaniak (Switzerland), keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) to secure the service. They are kept for a limited period under Infomaniak’s privacy policy.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@lp3d-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Changes
If the apps or the site start processing other data, this policy will be updated before release. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
